GSA-Preferred

GSA-Preferred
What is the GSA?

The General Services Administration (GSA) is the government's premier acquisition agency, offering providers of goods and services across the country the opportunity to build commercial partnerships with federal agencies.

What does it mean to be a GSA Vendor?

GSA vendors have a distinct advantage in working with government agencies and institutions. Registered GSA members are able to bypass much of the paperwork and other bureaucratic processes that inhibit non-members. As a result, GSA vendors can deliver their goods and services quickly and efficiently, completing projects much faster on average than non-members.

What is a GSA-Preferred Vendor?

GSA-Preferred is an exclusive status conferred on vendors who have demonstrated consistent quality over an extended period of time. We at Northwest Territorial Mint are extremely proud of the fact that we have been a GSA-Preferred vendor since 2001.

Most have won acclaim for their craftsmanship and beauty. In fact, some of these coins are ranked -- by connoisseurs and critics alike -- among the nation's finest works of numismatic art.

The dollar coin portraying Sacagawea, which debuted in January 2000, lengthens this list to 10. The obverse was designed by artist Glenna Goodacre, using Shoshone Randy'L He-dow Teton as a model for Sacagawea.
