Customer Service

Northwest Territorial Mint, the largest private mint in the United States, is looking for a professional, non-smoking, friendly Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with the status of their orders, recording information, processing orders, tracking orders, backing up the Receptionists, and providing support to the sales staff.
